Overview
In partnership with HEC in Paris, we cordially invite you to join our annual program, delivered by faculty members who are experts in their fields. The program will tackle different topics such as:
• Design thinking and how to master the principles of design thinking, in addition to understanding how to amplify design thinking across teams and navigate barriers to effective innovative thinking.
• Strategy planning and execution, how to develop strategic thinking, and the ability to align processes and people to strategy. In addition, how to identify stakeholders, learn how to influence them, manage stress and build resilience to solve critical issues.
• Fostering teamwork, collaboration, and connections, and understanding the five behaviors of cohesive teams. Additionally, exploring the 12 paradoxes and understanding their link to enjoyment and performance at work, and dealing with emerging opportunities and challenges in team settings more consciously and confidently.
The program will be running from 9am to 4pm (including breaks and lunch) and will be conducted in English.
