Overview
This annual program is designed exclusively for QF alumni to strengthen core leadership competencies and equip participants with practical tools for personal and professional growth. Delivered by HEC Paris, Doha faculty, the sessions focus on key areas essential for navigating today's complex organizational environments.
Daily timings: 8am–3:30pm (including breaks and lunch)
Eligibility Requirement: Alumni must have a minimum of four years of professional work experience to register.
Program Overview:
🔹 Day 1 and Day 2: Navigating People and Challenges in Organizations by Prof. Dr. Tomas Farchi
Participants will explore the complexities of working with diverse teams and leading across various organizational levels. The sessions are designed to prepare alumni for the challenges they may encounter as they take on greater responsibilities and leadership roles. Key topics include managing team dynamics, decision-making, and influencing stakeholders.
🔹 Day 3: Conflict Resolution by Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Amann
This session delves into understanding human behavior and the nature of conflicts within organizations. Alumni will learn techniques to manage and resolve conflict constructively, turning disagreements into opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and better decision-making. Emphasis will be placed on creating an environment that encourages open dialogue and healthy debate to enhance team performance.
