Overview
This interactive workshop helps young Muslim girls from ages 13 to 16 years old to build healthier habits and better manage their time as they prepare for the upcoming academic year. We will explore common challenges such as procrastination, distractions, busy schedules, and balancing school, responsibilities, and personal time.
The session also encourages them to reflect on how small changes in habits and routines can improve productivity, reduce stress, and create a healthier daily rhythm.
