A dynamic sequence of exercises to warm and strengthen the body and later move into different holding poses for 3-5 minutes, letting you connect with your muscles. This class will help you develop better health, muscle strength, a more active life and flexibility.

Register and validate your account using your QF email to avail your QF privileges.

Press on “Bookings” on the navigation bar.
Press on “Bookings” on the navigation bar, click to view the e-ticket, then press on “Cancel Ticket”.
Press on “Bookings” on the navigation bar to view the e-ticket, then press on the “Share Ticket” icon on the top side of the e-ticket.
Press on the right-side menu, click on your name, then press on the "edit" icon on the top.
