Future Leaders Accelerator Program for QF Alumni

Eligibility:

• You must be a graduate of a Qatar Foundation school and/or university. 
• A minimum of 4 years of work experience is required. 
• You must upload your updated CV as part of the registration process.

Attendance:

• Full attendance is mandatory across all three program days (from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM) to be eligible for the completion certificate. 
• Late arrivals or early departures may impact your eligibility for certification unless pre-approved under exceptional circumstances.

Preparation:

• To maximize the value of the program, you are required to complete all assigned pre-work or preparatory materials before each module. 
• Failure to complete preparation may affect your participation experience and group activities. 

Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: Cancelation at least 10 days before the program start date will receive a 100% refund. 
• Partial Refund: Cancelation 7 to 9 days before the program start date will receive a 50% refund. 
• No Refund: Cancelation 6 days or fewer before the program start date is non-refundable. 
• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of written cancellation notice.

Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect throughout the program. 

• QF Alumni reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without refund in cases of disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Media Consent:

• By participating in the program, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded for documentation, promotional, and reporting purposes by QF Alumni and its partners. 
• If you do not consent to media use, please notify us in writing prior to the start of the program or informing one of the QF Alumni team during the training.

Data Use:

• Your registration information and CV will be used solely for selection and program-related purposes. 
• QF Alumni will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, in accordance with applicable privacy policies.
