Child’s Journey to Independence Workshop Bundle for a Nanny

 Qatar Nanny Training Academy (QNTA) Workshops Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Enrollment

• All participants must complete the registration form and provide accurate details at the time of booking.
• By enrolling in the workshop, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment for the workshop must be made in full at the time of registration.
• Payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, no-show, or failure to attend the workshop.

3. Workshop Cancellation or Rescheduling

• In the event that QNTA must cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible. If the workshop is rescheduled, participants will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date.
• Please note that the non-refundable payment policy still applies for rescheduled workshops.

4. Participant Expectations

• Participants are expected to attend the workshop on the scheduled date and time.
• Should a participant be unable to attend due to personal reasons, the payment will not be refunded or credited towards future workshops.

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and respect for fellow attendees and instructors throughout the workshop.
• • Qatar Nanny Training Academy (QNTA) reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment or fails to adhere to the Academy’s code of conduct, without refund.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Qatar Nanny Training Academy (QNTA) will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the workshop.
• Participants are strongly encouraged to take responsibility for their personal belongings throughout the duration of the workshop.

7. Data Protection

• All personal information provided during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of workshop administration and communication.
• Participants can request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting QNTA.

8. Acknowledgment By registering for the workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
