Overview
This workshop takes parents on an engaging and accessible journey into the world of educational neuroscience, helping them understand how a child’s brain develops and how this influences learning, understanding, and behavior. It explores the important roles of attention, memory, emotions, and motivation, as well as the impact of sleep, movement, nutrition, stress, and the learning environment on brain function. Parents will also gain practical, easy-to-use strategies to support their child’s developmental needs, enhance learning at home, and build healthy and effective learning habits. The goal is not simply to help children study harder, but to help them learn smarter in ways that better align with how their brains work.
