Overview
The 5K Running Training Program is Qatar’s leading female-only beginner running initiative, developed by the Athletic Edge Women’s Running Group. Over the past four years, nearly 400 women have completed the program, which focuses on empowerment through running, consistency, and community. The program provides a supportive environment where beginner runners can train, connect, and grow—culminating in a celebratory race that honors each participant’s unique journey.
Program Overview:
* Duration: 6 Weeks 6 Weeks (May 10-June 24, 2026)
* Training Days:
• Sundays: Strength
• Mondays & Wednesdays: Running Sessions (Private track)
* Time: 7:00 – 8:00 PM
* Location: Education City – Pitch 2
* Final Day: Mini Race Celebration
