Terms and Conditions for the Herfah Program at Al Khater House
Please read carefully before completing your enrolment and payment.
‘Class’ or ‘Program’ in the Terms and Conditions outlined here refers to the Herfah Program delivered in Al Khater House in the State of Qatar.
Qatar Foundation reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions at any time, once agreed by the participants will take immediate effect.
Disclaimer:
• By registering for this Program, I release Qatar Foundation, the instructors, and all concerned parties from any liability for any injury or accidents that may occur.
• I authorize the representatives to administer any necessary first aid, and in case of an emergency, they may take me to a hospital in Doha.
• Qatar Foundation reserves the right to modify, cancel, or adjust the Program as necessary. The Foundation will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property of participants.
• This Program is exclusively available to individuals who are residents of Qatar. By registering for this Program, participants confirm that they hold a valid residency permit (QID) and are currently residing in Qatar.
Photography and Media Consent:
• By participating in this Program, I consent to the taking and/or publication of photographs and videos by designated photographers. These images may be used for Qatar Foundation's marketing, media, and communications activities across various platforms.
• I confirm that I am not subject to any legal proceedings or other matters that may affect the publication of images.
Registration and Payment:
I agree to register for the Program and will pay the total amount due to guarantee my place before the Program starts. The Program will run from September 2025 to May 2026, with classes held daily (Sunday - Thursday) from 9am to 2pm. The Program fee is QAR15,000, and flexible payment options are available:
- Participants may pay in full or pay in monthly installments of QAR1,666.66 per month from September 2025 to May 2026.
- Participants may apply for a full scholarship (100% fee waiver) during the interview phase, subject to management approval. However, if the participant fails to attend without a valid medical reason, they will be required to reimburse QF for the full amount of the scholarship fees. Participants will be notified if they are selected and approved for a scholarship following the interview.
- Once participants are notified of their selection and scholarship status, they will have one week to confirm their participation and complete the payment, either in full or for the first installment.
Refunds:
• Refund Requests: Participants seeking a refund must submit a request via email and include medical justification, subject to management approval.
• Medical Grounds: Refunds will only be considered for those who provide a medical certificate stating their inability to participate.
• Program Changes and Cancellations: If the Program is delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled for any reason by Qatar Foundation, refunds will not be issued. Instead, participants will receive a credit note and the Program will be rescheduled. Refunds will only be considered in cases of medical inability to participate, supported by an official medical certificate.
• Missed classes: there will be no refunds or make up sessions if you miss a class or if your personal circumstances change.
• No-Show Policy: Participants who miss five or more classes without a valid medical reason may be removed from the Program.
Health and Safety:
All participants shall adhere to QF Health and Safety Rules and Regulations. If you have an existing medical condition, allergy, or disability that may affect your participation in a class, you should notify the Program Coordinator at the time of enrolment. By registering for the Program, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
