Leadership Skills Course

Overview

What makes a person an excellent leader? Are some people “natural” leaders, or can everyone be a leader, if they possess the most important characteristics of good leadership?

The Leadership Skills Course is designed to help aspiring leaders acquaint themselves with the skills and behaviors necessary to become effective leaders. The course will focus on a variety of leadership styles and how the leader can affect the success of a program, project, school, or business.

The class will use seminars and discussions to analyze the different styles/behaviors of leaders. The open discussions, active participation, and debates in class will hopefully be both interesting and enjoyable for all students!

Whether you are currently a student or a working adult, these seminars can be very helpful, as you plan your future and develop the attitudes and the characteristics of an excellent leader.
